Data, purpose and lawful basis

We may collect a name, business or accommodation, email, optional phone, business type and size, current setup, requested capabilities, recommended plan, timeframe, indicative investment and source to answer an enquiry, prepare an assessment or evaluate a project.

• Consent given when submitting the form.
• Pre-contractual steps requested by the interested person.
• Additional commercial follow-up only takes place when accepted separately.

Providers

We only share data with providers required to operate the site and handle the enquiry, under their respective contracts and safeguards.

• Cloudflare: hosting, security and delivery of the site.
• Resend: transport for the single sales form, only when an explicitly activated real deployment enables it.
• Google: aggregate analytics, only when a real deployment enables the provider and you also accept analytics cookies.

Retention and recipients

We retain the enquiry for as long as needed to respond and, if a commercial relationship starts, for the applicable periods. We do not sell the data or use it for third-party advertising.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, safeguards under the GDPR are used, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
